Good news....somewhat...
Good news: J got a higher postition in the company. The pay is about $5 an hour more than what he was making. With the overtime, he will have almost 1.5 times what he is making now. And it will no longer be manufacturing but quality control so he will have some more control over how he does the job.
Somewhat: It is still 12 hours. And it is 12 hours 6pm to 6am. It is the same insurance as now, which means his medication won't be covered and he will lose the assistance program for the medication in about 9 months. But hopefully I will have a real job at that point so we don't have to struggle to pay for it.
